TCG Planning was responsible for the preparation of a comprehensive Development Control Plan for all forms of residential development throughout the Wollongong Local Government Area.
The review:
- updated the design criteria;
- provided consistency between Council documents;
- updated and enhanced the various standards for dwellings, subdivision, multi-dwelling development, residential apartments and mixed use developments;
- enabled the repeal of more than 70 other council policies, guidelines, technical documents and DCPs. |
Industrial Lands Assessment Criteria – South Western Sydney

Wollondilly Shire Council
TCG Planning was engaged by Wollondilly Shire Council to assess the demand for additional industrial lands within the Wollondilly Shire, located within the South-western sector of the Sydney metropolitan area. The brief extended to the preparation of Industrial Lands Criteria under which future and current rezoning proposals would be assessed and the development of a strategy identifying the quantity and location of industrial land within the Wollondilly Shire.

Ulladulla Infrastructure Investigations – South Coast NSW

Shoalhaven City Council
TCG was engaged on behalf of Shoalhaven City Council to undertake Infrastructure Investigations, to determine existing infrastructure shortfalls and future requirements to accommodate growth of the Ulladulla Town Centre over a 20 year period. The report informed Council’s preparation of a Section 94 Contributions Plan and Development Control Plan.
