Our Projects

TCG’s diverse portfolio of projects reflects our knowledge in both the statutory and strategic planning fields. Our projects include major development and masterplanning projects in the residential, commercial, seniors living, industrial, mining and tourism fields. We have also been actively involved in planning in new release areas, through the preparation of infrastructure investigations and Local Environmental Studies associated with the major land releases.

In conjunction with our project partners we have provided expertise in the preparation of urban, town centre and economic development strategies. TCG Planning also has  demonstrated capabilities in the preparation and review of planning policies and environmental planning instruments.
